Manchester United face an unforgettable record of conceding football goals in 14 consecutive home games for the first time since 1959.

Eric Bailly (own goals) and Bernardo Silva scored as Manchester City won 2-0 at Old Trafford in a derby match. On Saturday, the Red Devils have not won a home league game since September 11, losing three of their four games against Aston Villa, Liverpool and Manchester City.

In addition, conceding goals in the latest game means Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team have conceded 14 home games in a row in all competitions. This is the worst record since 1959, or 62 years ago.

The last time the team kept a clean sheet was their home win against Granada in the Europa League in April. In that game, the team won 2-0.
